Prosoftmods will help you with any installation problems as part of the purchase price. Full documentation is provided with each enhancement. If you need additional support it is available per phone call @ $5.50 per minute with a 10 minute minimum or by yearly contract which is $450.00. If you are on contract and you upgrade to the next version you can upgrade your enhancement for 30% of the current price. If you do not have a contract the upgrade price is 60% of the current price
